Mentoring and Workforce Development
Justin sees mentoring as a responsibility: a way to help others avoid mistakes he has made and go further than he did. A mentor can be a sounding board and confidant, but also an advocate and sponsor who opens doors. The approach is direct: listen without judgment, give honest feedback, help people build judgment and confidence, make useful introductions, and create opportunities to practice. The mentee must invest effort and own their path. The mentor equips rather than claims their success.

Fox Consulting and its founders want commercial success to create tangible local benefit. Justin and Karina support organizations working to improve animal care, education, and community access in Amarillo and the surrounding region. We use our technical and business experience, relationships, and time to help worthwhile organizations build durable capacity.
